The pistol has only been used once and the rifle has never been used. Check out all the photos, this set comes with cartridges for both and ammo too. I bought them when I was living in the Arizona desert and just never used them - check out the photos, there's only 1 cartridge missing from the pistol box, the rifle box has both cartridges intact. The rifle does have some wear on it from being stored in a case for a few years, just on some of the black painted areas like the sights. Other than that it's in new condition as is the pistol.
