RARE COLLECTOR'S GRADE SHERIDAN BLUE STREAK AIR RIFLE. WITH MANUALS & WILLIAMS PEEP SIGHT. This Sheridan Products "Blue Streak" Air Rifle belonged to a friend of mine who passed away in 2014. He was a WWII US Army Veteran who was passionate about collecting and set aside vintage air rifles & pistols over the years. This air rifle was on display with it's original manuals. This particular air rifle was manufactured by Sheridan Products Incorporated of Racine, Wisconsin and is so marked to one side of the receiver (see photos). The other side has the model "Blue Streak" and the caliber 5m/m (see photos). Showing minimal if any use/wear the rifle appears excellent overall (see photos). The wood stock has most all (98%) of the original finish remaining and there are no gouges anywhere (see photos). The metal components have most all the blued finish remaining as well (98% - see photos).

I don't collect air rifles but read the instructions and it seems to hold compression and discharges properly when pumped up and the trigger pulled. The bolt has a chrome finish that is perfect and there is a Williams peep sight above it (see photos). There is a very small number to the receiver side just forward of the bolt that may be a serial number - 86911 (see photos). There are two small paper items that were found with the rifle - 0ne a short 20 page manual and the other a small flyer that shows the Sheridan rifle models (see photos).

This Sheridan Blue Streak Air Rifle shows minimal if any use/wear (probably on display for the last 50 years) any remains in excellent condition overall. It is guaranteed an original/authentic period piece as described. Super piece for your air rifle collection.
